Building on the success of the inaugural 2016 Northamptonshire Logistics Awards, the Northamptonshire Logistics Forum is pleased to launch the 2017 Awards.
Entries are now open for the second annual Northamptonshire Logistics Awards competition which were launched on Friday with a special livestream from Tony Bellott – chair of Northamptonshire Logistics Forum.
Designed to celebrate the success and achievements of individuals and teams working in the sector across the county, the awards will raise the profile of the industry and help to promote the excellence of logistics operations in the area.
While the awards are aimed at showcasing the success of the sector in Northamptonshire, they will also help to encourage young people to think of logistics as a career option with the deadline for applications being Thursday 20th April at 9am
There are nine awards in total:
– Young Person / Apprentice of the Year
– Inspiring in schools & Community
– Team of the year
– Innovation Award
– Large Company of the year
– SME Company of the year
– HGV Driver of the year
– Achiever of the year
– Logistics Temporary Staff Agency of the Year
Sponsorship places are still available. Tickets are available to buy through the Northants Logistics Forum website which is also launched today.
