Leonard Smith – Logistics Manager at Alpro said “Absolutely shell shocked and proud of Paul’s win, not that he doesn’t have the ability, but you never know, and for some reason with some of the earlier winners by Category not including Paul I thought his chances were narrowing, but he did it – well deserved, he told before hand the day he had been “brushing up”, I think is great for Paul, for our company as it demonstrates do take their training serious, and for our MHE training provider (Pegasus), and of course for the area / region and industry, …. I just think it will prick peoples interest and up the bar for next time – well done Paul!.’’
